Booking questions

How much deposit do I pay to book?
You pay a small deposit online to hold your chosen date. The rest of the price is only paid on the day, once the work is finished and you've seen the result. The exact figures by vehicle are in the price table above.
Is the deposit refundable, and can I reschedule?
Yes — the deposit is fully refundable as long as you give us at least 48 hours' notice to re-book. It simply secures your slot. If you need to move your appointment, just message us on WhatsApp and we'll find a new date — no penalty for genuine rescheduling.
What if I'm not sure of my exact vehicle category?
Pick the closest match in the form, or message us on WhatsApp with your make and model and we'll confirm the right service and total before you pay anything.
Do you cover my area?
We work up to two hours around North London and up to two hours around Stoke-on-Trent. Check the full list on our coverage page, or send us your postcode on WhatsApp and we'll confirm.
How long does the job take?
Most cars take a full afternoon; larger vans, 4x4s and motorhomes can take longer. Because we come to you, there's no garage drop-off — the work happens on your driveway while you carry on with your day.
How do I pay the balance?
The balance is settled on the day, after the work is complete. You only pay the deposit now to lock in your date.
