Off come the covers so every hidden surface can be reached.

Before video inspection
We film the underside as-found, so you see exactly where you started.

Dry clean to remove debris
A thorough dry preparation — no trapped moisture under the seal.

Rust de-scaling
Loose rust is mechanically removed back to sound metal.

Cavity wax injection
The most important step — wax injected inside sills, arches and inner chassis where rust starts.

Bilt Hamber Dynax UB coating
A tough, lab-proven underbody coating sealed over the whole underside.

Final inspection & after video
We film the finished result so you can see the transformation.
Step 6 · the part that matters most
Cavity wax injection — included as standard
Rust doesn't start where you can see it. It starts inside the sills, arches and inner chassis and works its way out. So we inject wax deep into those hidden cavities — the single most important step in the whole job. Many places charge extra for this, or skip it entirely. We include it on every vehicle.

Why our materials
Lab-proven, not just slapped on
We seal the underside with Bilt Hamber Dynax UB. In independent ASTM-B117 salt-spray chambers — the standard test for rust resistance — it outperformed lanolin-based products (e.g. Lanoguard). So the protection you're paying for is the protection you actually get.
It's a tough, long-lasting coating that keeps doing its job for years, even on gritted winter roads.
